There is a smart TV in each suite for you to easily access and sign into your personal media accounts.

Our property features two shared spas, with amazing views overlooking the Whakatipu basin and are accessible to guests staying in any of our four suites. You don’t need to book the spas, they are available for use at any time and usage of the spas are included in your stay.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. From dining ware, cutlery, roasting dishes, and baking trays, to the convenience of an oven, stove, and full fridge and freezer, you will feel right at home.

There is a coffee maker (Moka Pot) available for use and complementary tea and coffee available.

There is also a magic bullet for blending smoothies.

Each suite is equipped with a heat pump that allows for effortless control of the temperature, providing instant warmth with a simple flick of a switch. Additionally, for added coziness and ambiance, each suite features its own wood burner. Complementary wood and fire starters are provided to ensure a comforting atmosphere throughout your stay.

To maximize energy efficiency and preserve the breathtaking views, our windows are triple glazed, effectively preventing heat loss while still allowing you to appreciate the scenic surroundings.

We understand the importance of a good night's sleep, which is why we have thoughtfully placed extra blankets in each room, allowing you to adjust your sleeping environment to your desired level of comfort. Please note that electric blankets are not provided, but there is an additional heater within each room.

During the summer months, air conditioning is available to keep you cool and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and refreshing stay.

There is a washer and dryer in each suite. Additionally, we provide an iron, ironing board, and a drying rack for your use.

Our location offers multiple options for reaching downtown Queenstown. You can choose to walk along the sidewalk, following the same route you drove, which provides a straightforward concrete path. Alternatively, you can venture down the hill in front of the property and take a scenic trail through the enchanting beech forest, enjoying picturesque waterfront views along the way. The walking journey to town typically takes approximately 35 minutes, allowing you to soak in the surroundings at your own pace. This route is for the adventurous as it requires a big uphill climb upon return.

Nestled side by side into the hillside, our property consists of four individual suites. Each suite shares an access linkway with its neighboring suite, providing convenient entry, while maintaining complete privacy once inside your personal suite.

We kindly request that guests be mindful of others and limit their spa usage if others are waiting, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the relaxing amenities. By observing this courtesy, we aim to create an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all our guests during their stay.

Our suites are designed to meet all your long-term accommodation needs, boasting full-sized kitchens, dining areas, and living spaces, all while exuding a cozy atmosphere. Each suite features two bedrooms with comfortable queen-sized beds, accompanied by individual ensuites that offer fully tiled showers for your convenience. In addition to the two en-suites, there is a conveniently located small toilet accessible from the living area for visitors. To further enhance functionality, a small pantry is also available adjacent to the kitchen.

Our suites are family friendly. We provide a portable cot, high chair, baby cot, plastic bowls and cups, and plastic utensils.
